Bacon Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of Bacon
2 Tablespoons of Steak Sauce
1 pkg Ranch dressing
1 egg
6 slices cheese
6 hamburger buns
butter for toasted buns

1. Fry 6 slices of bacon in a pan. We don't eat a lot of bacon, so I usually pick up one of those overpriced microwave-ready packs of bacon.

2. Put your ground beef into a bowl. Add 2 Tbsp of steak sauce, 1 package of ranch dressing and one beaten egg to the hamburger.

3. Mix everything together, but don't overmix. You don't want tough burgers. :)

4. Make 6 hamburger patties of equal size and place in frying pan.

5. Cook burgers for 3 minutes on one size, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.

6. Place one slice of bacon on each burger, then cover the each bacon slice with one slice of cheese. You can choose whatever type of cheese you like. We vary it depending what sounds good or is on sale. :) I have the heat off, but I put a lid on the pan.

7. Butter top and bottom of each roll, place on baking sheet, then put the rolls under the broiler for a couple of minutes.

8. When everything is ready, just build your burgers, add condiments and enjoy!!
